Ceiling installation process

Generally, the gusset plate is equipped with a special keel, which is a galvanized steel plate and a painted steel plate, with a standard length of 3000mm.
1. Install the corner series according to the same horizontal height.
2. Hoist the light steel keel (38 or 50 keel) at a suitable spacing, generally 1-1.2 meters, and the distance of the hanging rod is distributed according to the regulations of the light steel keel.
3. Put the hanging parts pre-installed on the gusset plate keel, together with the gusset plate keel, close to the light steel keel and buckle it under the light steel keel in a vertical direction. The spacing between the gusset plate keels is generally 1 meter. After all the installations are completed, the level must be adjusted (generally, when the vertical distance between the building and the aluminum plate to be hoisted does not exceed 600mm, there is no need to add 38 keels or 50 keels in the middle, and the keel hanging parts and hanging rods are directly connected).
4. Buckle the strip gusset plates in parallel on the matching keels in sequence, and use special keel series connectors to connect the strip gusset plates.
5. Be sure to wear gloves when installing the board. If fingerprints or stains are accidentally left, you can use detergent and boiling water to clean it and wipe it dry. Good installation technology is easy to disassemble.
