There are three main types of ceiling surface treatment: film coating, roller coating, and spray coating, among which film coating board is the best.
There are many ceiling surface treatments in the market that are also called film coating, but it is a domestic film, and the formed board is called plastic film coating board. There is also a pearlescent board, which looks similar to the film coating board on the surface, but it is not a film at all. It is just that pearlescent powder is added to the paint used for spraying in advance during electrostatic spraying. This kind of board is prone to color difference, and generally it will change color and fall off after two or three years.
Roller coating board is a composite metal board with primer and topcoat on the front and paint on the back.
Spraying board surface process
Semi-finished product - degreasing - cleaning - chromization - drying (cooling) - electrostatic powder spraying - curing, cooling - unloading and inspection - packaging and storage.
The surface of the better spray-coated board on the market is sprayed with "epoxy resin" electrostatic powder, with adhesion level 1, gloss 18 degrees, no color difference, no bubbles, no accumulated particles, and weather resistance (10 for indoor use).
The good spray-coated board is passivated before surface spraying. Any part of the surface is crossed with a sharp blade to make a small grid of 1mm*1mm, and it is peeled off with medical tape. The coating does not fall off. After washing back and forth 100 times, the surface is not damaged.
Roll-coated board processing process
Roll-coated boards have topcoat, primer, and back-coating paint. The back-coating paint mainly plays an antioxidant role, which makes its service life longer.
Semi-finished products - machine - molding - unloading and inspection - packaging and storage.
The surface of the roll-coated board is uniform, smooth, and has no obvious defects such as missing coating, shrinkage, scratches, and shedding. However, there are trace defects such as bubbles, pits, and inclusions on the surface, which are normal phenomena.
The surface treatment and process of the laminated board are the same as those of the pre-coated board, except that the surface of the laminated board is a layer of (PVC film)
The surface of the laminated board is firmly adhered, without obvious defects such as wrinkles, scratches, peeling, and missing stickers. However, the surface is allowed to have a small amount of micro-wrinkles, bumps and other defects within 0.2mm on both sides of the width direction.
From the above, it can be seen that the internal quality of the aluminum gusset plate is determined by the aluminum substrate and the surface treatment process.
