Marking lines
Use a level to mark horizontal points on each corner of the wall (column) in the room (if the wall is long, mark a few points in the middle as well), pop out the level line (the level line is generally 500mm from the ground), measure from the level line to the ceiling design height plus 12mm (the thickness of a layer of white bone board), and use a chalk line to pop out the level line along the wall (column), which is the lower skin line of the secondary keel of the ceiling.
At the same time, according to the ceiling plan, the position of the main keel is marked on the concrete top plate. The main keel should be divided from the center of the ceiling to both sides, with a maximum spacing of 1000mm, and the fixing points of the hanger should be marked. The spacing between the fixing points of the hanger is 900~1000mm. If the fixing points of the beams and pipes are larger than the design and regulations, the fixing points of the hanger should be increased.
Fix the hanging rods
Use expansion bolts to fix the hanging rods. For ceilings that are not accessible to people, if the length of the suspension rod is less than 1000mm, a φ6 suspension rod can be used. If it is greater than 1000mm, a φ8 suspension rod should be used, and a reverse support should be provided. The suspension rod can be made of cold-drawn steel bars and round steel bars, but the round steel bars should be straightened mechanically. For ceilings that are accessible to people, if the length of the suspension rod is less than 1000mm, a φ8 suspension rod can be used. If it is greater than 1000mm, a φ10 suspension rod should be used, and a reverse support should be provided.
One end of the suspension rod is welded with an L30×30×3 angle code (the hole diameter of the angle code should be determined according to the diameter of the suspension rod and expansion bolt), and the other end can be tapped to produce a screw rod greater than 100mm, or a finished screw rod can be purchased for welding. The manufactured suspension rod should be treated with rust prevention, and the suspension rod should be fixed to the floor slab with expansion bolts, and holes should be punched with an impact hammer
Hanging rods on beams
(1) The hanging rods should be straight and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. When the embedded rods need to be extended, they must be overlapped and welded firmly, and the welds must be uniform and full.
(2) The distance between the hanger and the end of the main keel shall not exceed 300mm, otherwise additional hangers should be added
(3) Additional hangers should be installed for ceiling lamps, air vents and inspection ports.
